At PARWAAZ, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and related information for orders placed on buyparwaaz.com.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and all other areas serviceable by our courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after order confirmation and dispatch are as follows: major cities typically receive deliveries within 2 to 4 business days, while other cities and remote areas may take 4 to 7 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner operations, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. PARWAAZ may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be communicated on the website or through our social media channels.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or by contacting us at buyparwaaz@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure that the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery rider or courier partner will collect the payment upon handing over your package.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt. Repeated failed deliveries or order refusals may result in COD services being restricted for your account.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout, including full name, phone number, complete address with house or apartment number, street, area, city, and province. PARWAAZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or video at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at buyparwaaz@gmail.com within 24 hours. If your package is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. PARWAAZ will provide a replacement or full refund for orders confirmed as lost by the courier partner.
11. Delivery During Holidays and Sales Events
During public holidays, national events, or high-volume sales periods such as Eid sales, Black Friday, or 11.11 sales, delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods and will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
12. Packaging
All PARWAAZ products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Perfume bottles are secured with protective packaging material to prevent breakage during transit. If you are ordering a product as a gift, please mention it in the order notes and we will try to include gift-appropriate packaging where possible.
