At PARWAAZ ("we", "our", "us"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds on orders placed through buyparwaaz.com.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The seal/cap of the perfume bottle has not been broken or tampered with
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with broken seals or signs of use
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share further instructions on how and where to send your item.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa where applicable
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video) for damage claims.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), PARWAAZ will bear the return shipping cost

8. Late or Missing Refunds
