Refund Policy

1. Overview

At PARWAAZ, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and process refunds for products purchased from buyparwaaz.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only under the following circumstances: the product received is damaged or broken upon delivery, the product received is different from what you ordered, the product has a manufacturing defect, or the product is leaking or has been tampered with during transit.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: the product has been opened, used, or sprayed, the product packaging has been damaged by the customer, the return request is made after 3 days of delivery, the customer simply changed their mind or no longer wants the product, the product was ordered in the wrong variant and the correct product was delivered, or the customer provided an incorrect shipping address resulting in failed delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send an email to buyparwaaz@gmail.com with your order number, your full name and phone number, clear photos or video of the damaged or defective product, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Return Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Return shipping costs will be borne by PARWAAZ if the fault is ours. If the return is due to any other reason approved at our discretion, the customer may bear the return shipping charges.

6. Refund Methods

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods: original payment method reversal within 7 to 14 business days, bank transfer to your provided account within 7 to 14 business days, store credit or discount voucher for future purchases, or replacement product if the same item is available in stock. The refund method will be communicated to you upon approval.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details (account title, account number, bank name) to receive your refund.

8. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as refund requests. Contact us at buyparwaaz@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account or payment app again, then contact your bank as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after taking these steps, contact us at buyparwaaz@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter.

10. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if the product shows minor signs of use but is still in returnable condition, or if only part of the order is eligible for a refund.

11. Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible and you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

12. Damaged During Return Shipping

PARWAAZ is not responsible for products damaged during return shipping. We recommend using secure packaging when returning products. If the returned product is received in damaged condition due to poor packaging by the customer, the refund may be declined.
